Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2024. Please review the terms governing our telematics hardware and software services.

These terms govern your purchase of EasyTracGPS hardware trackers and your subscription to the IntelliMatics web platform. By activating our devices, you agree to these conditions.

1. Software Subscription Licenses

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the IntelliMatics software portal. Subscription fees are billed monthly and cover cellular network data bandwidth. Accounts must maintain active payments to ensure uninterrupted hardware reporting.

2. Proper Use and Compliance

EasyTracGPS hardware must be deployed in accordance with local regulations. You represent that you possess the necessary legal authority or vehicle owner authorization to install our tracking units on vehicles or heavy machinery.

3. Limited Hardware Warranty

We provide a lifetime replacement warranty on active ComTrac and Geo-Trax tracking hardware. If a device stops reporting due to component failure, we will replace it. This warranty does not cover units damaged by physical impact, water intrusion, or improper installation.
